REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.beautybyhumna.com operated by Beauty By Humna Ltd If you need to return any item to us, please notify us within 28 days of receipt of the order (unless Broken or damaged). Use the contact form on our website, or email info@beautybyhumna.com, please notify us within 28 days of receipt of the order.

We offer a refund on all purchases made on our website for 28 days of purchased but under certain conditions we do not offer return after 28 days of purchase to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. This includes:

  • Hair Oil and beard Oils
  • Face Serums
  • Teeth whitening kit (return would be acceptable if inside items are unopened ).
  • Shampoo + Conditioners

We must require a receipt or proof of purchase to request a return. Return postage must be paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated by customer care. We reserve the right to refuse a return due to damage or upon grounds of hygiene safety.

How your return will process

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your item is returned and inspected. We will email you to notify that we have received your item and whether or not it has been accepted for a refund, return postage must be paid by the customer unless otherwise stated by the customer care. We must required receipt or proof of purchase to proceed a return.

Once your refund request has been approved. The refund will automatically be sent within 2-3 business days using the original payment method. But if you did not received your payment within three working days please contact your bank to check the status. There may be a delay in processing. If you still have not received your refund, please contact info@beautybyhumna.com

In some cases only partial refunds are accepted. These cases are:

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Any article that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to error.
  • Any item returned more than 28 days after delivery

Damaged or Missing Returned Items

In the case of a product(s) being returned in a worse condition than received or with some parts missing, it is up to the sole discretion of The Beauty by Humna Ltd returns department to issue the refund, issue a partial refund or refuse the refund. In the latter case, the product(s) will be returned to the customer. In all cases the customer will be notified of the outcome and the reasons why.

Returning Sale Items

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, only regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchange the item

If you change your mind within 07 days of your purchase we can offer you an exchange. We do no exchange after 07 days of purchase Contact us via email: info@beautybyhumna.com ,you would be responsible for paying shipping cost when returning and exchange.

Returns Shipping

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All returns must be sent to:

International Shipping and Returns/duties:

All above return terms applies to international orders but additionally all international Customers are responsible for paying any customs/ import duties on their purchases for all international purchases Beauty by Humna Ltd accepts no responsibility for any unexpected additional fees including import/custom duties made by anyone after your order has been shipped by us.
